My art is borne of two worlds,two sides of my nature competing for and completing my creative vision. One of this worlds is sensual,dark and mysterious,the other spiritual,light and magical. Onyis has done exhibitions in Kenya and Denmark,and works with kids in Mathare and Kibera slums in teaching art and crafts as part of giving back to the community and recently has been involved with kids at the cancer section in painting with them.

Do visitors see these statues as aesthetic art objects or as historical and anthropological ones? How is a visit to the British Museum a different experience to a visit to an art gallery? Vestby fått sin egen kommunevott. Det er Vestby Husflidslag som utlyste strikkekonkurranse høsten 2015. Flere forslag kom inn, men juryen var enstemmige i sitt valg av vinnervott. Husflidslaget har laget hendige pakker med garn og oppskrift som kan kjøpes på Bryggerhuset i Vestby eller ved å henvende seg direkte til husflidslaget.
