Wednesday, October 20, 2010. Is the rate drop for good or just for now? I was reading through msn as I do daily to get news updates and came across an article that relates to my blog. The article writes that the rate of teen pregnancy is dropping. I worry though is this low rate here to stay? Or will it rise again just as quickly as it came down.
