雪峰下的古老王國 - 尼泊爾 Nepal. 爬上Mt Everest的第一位西班牙女性登山家曾說過是山決定你是否登頂成功而不是由你來決定我希望能夠帶著最虔敬的心情去體會高山去挑戰自己 星期三, 6月 24, 2009. 2005年時和一堆好朋友去了EBC 朝聖那條山徑還真是登山健行的朝聖之路雖然沒辦法和別人一樣登上聖母峰但至少也離祂不遠了其實海拔還差了三千多公尺 P. 留下不少的回憶也讓安哥在出版界留名我們這些朋友自然也跟著沾光不少 陸續看到許多台灣的朋友也去了Nepal EBC 健行還在 別人的部落格. 感謝 小莊的分享讓我們知道了這消息謝謝啦! 星期日, 6月 01, 2008. 從 Khumbu Icefall 跑到 Namche. 從海拔 Gorak Shep 5184m 跑到 Namche Bazaar 3446m 需要多久時間 答案是只要 3小時53分14秒 實在是厲害的傢伙想一想我可是花了好幾天才從 EBC 走下到 Namche 的耶 怎會差那麼多 XD. 星期五, 2月 01, 2008. 星期五, 8月 10, 2007. 八千多公尺.
