Friday, March 4, 2016. I have began training for another Half-Marathon. This will be my forth in Prescott, so I am familiar with the course and the prep needed. My times are greater and so are my aches and pains.

Overall I think it went well. 1 Run 30 miles each month. In fact, depending on the month I may have run 90-100 miles in some months. 2 Run another 10K at a faster pace than my last one. I ran 2 -10Ks faster than my last one.
Sunday, May 16, 2010. So it has been awhile since I last wrote. Sorry, but this is a busy time of year as we in facilities build and fix and prepare everything we need for this coming camp summer. We have been jacking up a cabin and replacing a rotten log, remodeling the old office, working on the pools and the list goes on. Anyway I found this link and thought it was interesting.
