Este peñón de 110 a 140 metros de altura situado frente al mar, ha destacado desde épocas prehispánicas en el desarrollo e historia de nuestra ciudad. Parque Vicuña Mackenna, Ex - Isla del Alacrán, Playa El Laucho, Balneario La Lisera, Playa Arenillas Negras, Museo Histórico y de Armas, Cristo de La Paz o de La Concordia. 4 horas 30 minutos apróx.
