A log of my quilting endeavors. Wednesday, February 20, 2013. We have had a very sick household here. 3 trips to the doctor and 2 emergency room trips has made a dent in my schedule and life in general. If there is an upside to this, I have gotten a lot of hand sewing done waiting for all of these appointments. I love looking at the One Flower Wednesday.
Nya stickmarkörer - gör det själv! Behövde stickmarkörer till min raglantröja jag håller på att sticka. Så jag provade på att göra egna. De första gjorde jag med järntråd och de andra i lingarn. De i järntråd funkar, men fastnar lite i garnet emellanåt, så de enkla i lingarn och en träkula gillar jag mycket mera. Och mycket enklare att göra var de också! Retro tygkass - mönster av en plastpåse. Kanten runtom av samma tyg som bak.

Thursday, January 12, 2017. This row has 9 blocks, two of which are cut in half. These are the four half blocks; the inset triangles. I piece each half separately. Two will be used in this row, the others will be saved to use in a different row. When you piece blocks with lots of little pieces, you end up with a pile that looks like this.
