Side note to CrossFit folk I used the exact same workouts for 4 solid months, and I made a ton of progress. Amazing. Turns out you dont have to fool your body, you just have to workout longer than 20 minutes. Day 1 - LEGS. 8211; Increasing weight for sets of 8. 8211; Increasing weight for sets of 8. 8211; 3 x 10. Day 2 OFF. I ncline dumbell press.
