Start of the new me. Sunday, 3 July 2016. Day 0 - Prep. I have tried numerous times to get fit and lose weight, but it isnt just about that. There is a voice in my brain that is holding me back. I guess that this is where my anxiety came from. I have decided to take control of my life and it starts by eating healthy and exercising. Doing this not only helps your body but can have the power to heal your mind. Weight 187.8lbs. My Goal Weight 154lbs. This is my last chocolate for a while - Rum truffle.
