What is about us humans that we always want to shift OURSELVES to the back burner? It is like sending our body a message that says, hey I do not really care about you, just sit tight for now and we will see how the future goes. Really? Eat less junk food, eat more fruits and veggies. Drink plenty of water. Get plenty of rest.
