So Neal and I in the last few months have decided to take on a journey of being healthy and well. What does this mean you ask? Well We kinda came to a point of being unhappy with our weight and how we look, and we were sick of feeling like poo! So we decided to start working out. which helped alot! But i will say as for me on stop drinking pop has paid off, i am 10 pounds lighter and counting. Neal has also dropped 11 pounds! So you ask what i have been on.

My sister in law called me two days before the race and asked me and my brothers wife if we wanted to run the race with her. Of course we were game!
