Visiting Lima, Peru in October 2013. Tuesday, November 19, 2013. We arrived in Lima 4 days earlier to explore the Pacific Coast south of Lima. But first these photos were taken in Lima without and with the OAT group. We stayed at the Sheraton Lima 4 days and our first delicious dinner was at the French Bistro named PROVENCE next to the hotel. I had a talk with the Can Can girls in their evening show! Lunch was on OAT.

Perus Pacific Coast

Tuesday, November 19, 2013. Before joining the OAT tour we hired a private tour guide named Dante Minaya to show us the Lima Pacific Coast. Like San Francisco, California, Lima is on the Pacific Coast but in the southern hemisphere. The weather and the highway along the coast are also very similar to San Francisco! Our tour guide Dante Minaya drove us along the coast highway south of Lima to Paracas, a touristy fishing village . One hour ride from the fishing village of Paracas . Seals and birds galore .
