Saturday, June 4, 2011. Being asked to make a dress for Kathleen Winter. Kathleen has always been so kind to my family, she has made us feel important and valued and warm. She keeps company with some of the most inspiring women I know. She shares her well earned fortunes with her family and her community and she is a stone cold fox. Excellent legs, gorgeous smile, nice bum. But making up my own words. You would be amazed how often I make design choic.
Today I will take down Christmas and pack it away for another year. At least most of it. I love opening the big green tubs filled with memories of Christmas past, and finding a place in my home for them to reside for a few short weeks. And I love the warm glow of the lights.
The latest pictures are up on the Flickr page - just click on the small picture collage at the side of the page. Another day of sunshine, with rainy bits. As you can see, is is a work in progress. I usually have it all organized by this time of year. I have bought several new ones this year and now must get them re-planted.
