I have worked, studied and sat for a national exam and have been accredited with the Certified Professional Midwife credential, issued by NARM, the North American Registry for Midwives. NARM is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies. This agency, NCAA, is the exact same agency that accredits many healthcare credentials, including the Certified Nurse-Midwife.

Monday, July 4, 2011. I am going to go and take some pictures of some of my unfinished work. Perhaps publishing them here will give me a push to complete them. I have many quilt tops that have never made it into a finished product. I am ruminating upon the idea of chopping them up and using them as a base for some art quilts. Thursday, March 3, 2011.

Quilting has helped me through some difficult times in my life. The quilts I make all have precious tyes in some way. I have many passions in life and one of them is quilting. The others are reading, knitting,. Crochet, cross stitching exercise and being a mom which are all precious tyes to me. Wednesday, July 1, 2015. I know I know I have been gone for one month! But truely I have a GREAT reason! And so I have been busy getting our current home ready to sell and on the market and of course packing , pitching and more packing! Its been crazy, we also sold one of our rentals as well so as you can imagine I have been cray cray with everything. First up we have Laurie, look at her lovely quilt and as usual a lovely vinette! Loving the quilt and the longaberger baskets! What a lovely gift.
