This is my daily journal to begin getting into the habit of writing regularly. A friend was doing something similiar from a book and initially I was using her blog. Later I purchased the book and began to do my own reading. However, since I publish in Examiner. com and also have some other writing projects that I am working on most of the writting assignments will be done elsewhere most of the time. Friday, March 18, 2011. I have now lost 75 pounds. Also had my six months check up with my doc and he thinks I am doing well. Only problem that has come up is that I am now lactose intolerant but after some trial and error have managed to sort out what I can and cannot eat, as well as what I can eat if I take Lactase.
