Staying on plan is the promise. Weight was down 1.8 from yesterday. No jerky and my last meal was 4pm yesterday. So I will have a 14 hour fast. Off to shower, eat and start my day. I have not got as much as Colin had to lose I am 23 stone and have to loss 10 stone 8 pounds, but its still a lot of weight to lose to get to my goal weight of 13 stone 1 pounds.
