I have had multiple requests for these waffles, so Im going to post them here for anyone who would like the recipe. Cut it in half, scoop out the seeds, stick it in the toaster oven or oven at 350 cut side down until it is soft. Scoop the flesh out of the shell and mash with a fork. Voila! All of that said, if you havent got any winter squash on hand, these waffles will be almost as tasty without. 3 Whisk togethe.
