Tuesday, December 23, 2008. These IDPs children got shirt from Partners. This picture was taken at Pa-an District-Lu Pleh Towhship. This area under control by SPDC and DKBA and it is very difficult for the villagers to survive. The IDPs boarding house students rebuilt their building to be save from sun and rainy.
