Wednesday, September 24, 2008. Today is Wednesday, my 5 th. I started the diet on Monday and it would have been awful. If it was not for the phentermine. I was pleased to notice that on Tuesday. Morning when i weighed that i had lost 3lb. Could be water weight it seems i could hardly work for running to the bathroom. Tuesday was better, a lot less trips to the ladies room. Today I weighed in again and I was down to 179 pounds! Five pounds since Friday.
