Sunday, January 8, 2012. Okay today was a rough day. Probably started early in the morning. I had a hard time sleeping last night. It seems like I woke up every hour. My lower back paid was bad enough that I had to keep getting up just to walk around. I stayed in bed until noon but my back hurt all day. I hate it when you get that aching pain that you just cant reach. I know its just a flare up of a cyst but still. makes you hate life. PCOS sucks! Now Im tired but cant sleep. aaahhhh! This is day 7 o.
