This is a stonefly imitation, of the larval stage of the insect, sort of a hibernation. Flyfishermen try flies to imitate insects that trout like to eat in hopes of catching fish.

These only show the baby who came over for hugs. Seriously. Mom was present below the surface paying CLOSE attention. After a bit, Mom came over for hugs too.
