Unfortunately the Public Transport system is not developing at the same rate. Peoples attitudes have changed, many dont seem to have respect for other peoples properties, a lot of damage being done, and rubbish left any where in the streets. Whats wrong with carrying your rubbish until you find a bin to put it in.
