I recently had quite the adventure traveling with my friend, Amanda, to Belize to renew our passports. Central America has this silly rule that you must travel at least 2 countries away and stay for at least 48 hours in order to renew your visa for another 90 days. A bittersweet feeling comes along with that thought. It is amazing to think that I just spent a little less than a year of my life in a completely different, but all-around amazing country.
