Monday, June 23, 2014. I suspect few people in the United States with any kind of connection to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have not been exposed to the recent controversy surrounding two members of the Church being summoned to disciplinary councils for apostasy. It seems that everyone has an opinion on the issue. An awful lot has been said on the subject from a variety of sources. The dynamics of this fiasco were on my mind as I went to church last week.

Whew where do i start? Maybe the beginning. the last week of january, jimmy and i purchased a house in taylorsville. getting financing was the biggest headache. but it was worth it cause we got the house! We went into it knowing that a lot of work needed to be done but we had no idea how much hard work it was going to be! On the plus side though, it has been really fun being able to choose everything to make it ours. here is our cute little house. If i needed anything you were right .

Monday, July 27, 2015. Playing at the park - Lyla went down the slide 4 times by the time Alya went down twice. Just a little glimpse at their personalities. This is what nap time looks like while we are camping. If there is a wildflower to be found, Lyla will find it. She loves the little tiny flowers.

Our SNCP reunion began with a 3 AM departure. Nope, there he was, nudging me in the middle of the night. When I asked for 5 more minutes, he would have none of it and started making the bed with me in it. The falls were unexpectedly beautiful and the cool mist coming off of them was refreshing after being in the car for hours on end.

Sunday, February 17, 2013. Yeah, so all winter I have holed myself up and cozied with Jaeden as we have become intimately familiar with the characters of Cars 2. I have dreamed and planned and replanned a Disney World vacation for our family that we may or may not ever take. I have enjoyed the warm days outside with Jaeden. and let Matt enjoy the cold ones with him. But the best thing that has happened to us this winter is that we all got to be sealed in the Bountiful Temple as a forever family! I asked .
