Sunday, May 24, 2015. 2 c Nacho Cheese Doritos, slightly broken. 2 c cheddar cheese, shredded. Cook ground beef until done. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes or until water has evaporated. Stir in beans and simmer for 5 more minutes. Stir in chips and top with cheese. Cover and let sit until cheese is melted.
