After 2-3 ear infections this season and always being told there is fluid on them from the docs. Today was good news! GI appointment last week, Imy diet requires 7g of fiber and not. A whole lorra milk! Only 2 glasses a day, no cheese, yogurt in moderations and ice cream every night after dinner. ok the last one was not really doctors orders . The last 2 weeks.
