Mwanza International School is an international school following the British curriculum, modified according to the needs of its community of expatriates and Tanzanian citizens. The school opened in September 2012 and is steadily building up numbers. At present we have classes for children from the age of 3 to 11 years. There are about 125 children from 12 different nations. Classes are small and the children are getting a lot of individual attention.

Mwanza woman knocks speeding plane, dies. By From PIUS RUGONZIBWA in Mwanza. A WOMAN aged between 25-30 years, whose name was not immediately obtained, died after knocking an aircraft while it was taking off from Mwanza Airport. Heading for Dar es Salaam, at around 9pm on Wednesday.
