Sunday, October 21, 2012. The Tale of the Magic Cookie Bars. Magic Cookie Bars are one of my favorite desserts of all time. Seriously, it doesnt get much better than shredded coconut, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, graham crackers, and butter all layered together.
