Is a bi-annual DVD publication whose mission is to distribute and archive works of time-based art. Tomorrow, the 16 million Facebook fans of SpongeBob Squarepants. My one concern is that kids are supposed to be 13 to use Facebook. And SpongeBob definitely has some younger fans.
