We usually go to the Galaxy Game with our friends, but this year we stayed home. First we swam at my parents, then we came home and had our very own firework show! Monday, January 18, 2010. As time went on my little book collection grew and grew to where after many years our home was filled with books. Some were church books, fiction, nonfiction, Japanese books, self help, and genealogy. There were books about dogs, travel, marriage, art, gardening and hundreds of childrens books. Tolstoy, Dickens, Dostoevsky, Austin and Hugo joined the group along with many other wonderful storytellers. There is just one problem, people keep calling.

Emily is not so sure about the whole cake, blowing out candles, etc. She had a Sesame Street themed cake because she loves the characters. Friday, November 5, 2010. Cream Biscuits and Honey Butter. 6 Tb chilled unsalted butter, cut into small cubes. Whip softened butter or margarine. Add vanilla and egg yolk. Add honey gradually while whipping. Oh my, oh my these are so good! I could eat the Honey Butter alone with a spoon! Saturday, October 2, 2010. You all have to try this soup!
