I have choosen to build muscle for one year. I will log my progress, thoughts, methods etc. in this blog. To maintain a low body fat I fast for 16 hours every day. This is called intermittent fasting and will, over time, increase insulin sensitivity, causing a favorable nutrition partitioning to take place. In short, my body will get better to use fat as fuel and fill my glycogen storages instead of storing it as fat.
