The next picture is of oh-so-yummy pickled beets, and the last picture is of me making applesauce. In addition to the three items mentioned above, we canned apples and green beans. Thursday, May 21, 2015. My marriage lesson of Year 7. Mike and I celebrated our one year anniversary by backpacking through Italy. We traveled through five cities in twelve days and packed in a lifetime of beautiful memories. We are both explorers and we really enjoy new adventures together. This picture was taken in Vernazza, my favorite little town of Cinque Terre. This year, we decided it was time to leave our girls with family and get away for a few days to celebrate our seventh anniversary.
