It has been two months since I have written and to take a long look back gives a rewarding feeling looking forward. I made it through the Summer! I was all over the place in August as it started with my cruise! I had a fabulous time in Mexico, even splurged on some Mexican traditions, including Tequilla! Finally, Septemeber 19th I got back on track. I have been going to Zumba 2 days a week and to the gym 4 days a week. The diet is looking good.
