Recently, it has taken place at junior high schools in some areas. 20-year-old states that you are now a one of the adult members, and the celebration is very traditional event in Japan. Ladies put on long-sleeved kimonos and men wear suits. But they still looks bright in their costumes. What a shame story. lol.
