My thoughts on chapter 3. I feel like the past couple of years I have gotten away from reading aloud every single day. I loved the section titled Does Whole-Class Mean Undifferentiated.
Thursday, November 9, 2017. For the past seven years, I have had the honor of being an educator. Yes, it is an honor. It is a privilege, and it is a true blessing. And, it is also hard, humbling, draining, exciting, and every other emotion in-between. Once they chose their act, I gave each student a copy of the following form-which I printed on colored AstroBrights paper to match the words BE KIND on the bulletin board. The last step was to put it all together.

Are you tired of messy binders or unorganized data on your computer? I have teachers ask me to help them organize their Reading and Writing Workshop records all the time. Sunday, August 25, 2013. It is that time of year again. summer is coming to an end and I am somewhat excited and somewhat bummed out. I love the wake up when I want to, clean when I want to, shop when I want to lazy days of summer! But, I am also excited to get another school year under way and meet my new batch of students.

Monday, June 28, 2010. The Portfolio option requires the student to complete a portfolio of 40 assessments. There are 8 sections to this portfolio. In each section, a child must pass 5 tests with an average of 350 words in a text. The SAT 9 option requires students to take an alternative test similar to the FCAT.
