Tuesday, April 29, 2014. We have finished reading The Scarlet Pimpernel. By Emmuska Orczy, and we loved it! It fooled a lot of the students for a while, too, but quite a few of them guessed correctly before the big reveal chapter. Hardly anyone guessed the second big plot twist of the book, though. I was really grateful for all of our awesome pare.

Hard to believe we ore into the 2nd quarter already. This year seems to really be flying by. I just wanted to update you on our monthly lessons. In math we have finished up learning many kinds of strategies for multiplication and division. We are now moving on to all of the facts from 0-12. Please help your child work on their facts at home. Reminder that planners come home every night, please be sure to sign them and ask your child if they have any homework.
