Day 3 no smoking

I do it for her. I do it for her. Monday, October 25, 2010. So I am on day 3 of not smoking. I have been a smoker for 15yrs. Smoke almost a pack a day. This I must tell you is one of the hardest things I have ever done. Every day so far is getting harder! But I will not crack! I can do this. there are no words for it! It has to get easier, right? .
