Friday, February 22, 2008. Scigliano, 63, went to be with Our Lord Wednesday morning, February 20, surrounded by his wife, children and grandchildren. Joe was a member of The Knights of Columbus and The American Legion- Cummings Chapter. Joe was preceded in death by his father, Arthur M. Scigliano; mother, Josephine Scigliano; his father-in-law, Gerald Kies; and by his cousin, John Scigliano. We love you Joe! .
