Subscribe to Posts Atom. On Sunday, July 13, 2008, Twinsburg, Ohio police officer Joshua T. Miktarian was gunned down during a traffic stop by a crazed murderer. This case was interesting because of several factors. One was the defenses motive self defense! Two was that this did not need to happen. The killer was stopped for playing loud music.
