Mr and Mrs. Seek Health. Wednesday, December 4, 2013. I havent blogged here in months. Heres an update. Two months ago, Wade and I began to get really serious about this health journey - again. We are working out as much as we can each week. That is usually 3-5 times a week. We are eating a Mediterranean diet because it is so heart-healthy and in line with the lifestyle changes we have made over the past 3 years. Things are die hard right now. Basketball season is ON. I am packing Wades lunch everyday.
