Melville Primary A3

Wednesday, 22 October 2014. We learnt how to dig a deep hole with a spade, take the pot off the plant, how to put the plant into the hole, cover the hole with dirt and do the plant dance around the plant, so we knew it was secure in the soil. We had a person from the Hamilton City Council show us how to dig a hole and plant a little tree. Tuesday, 21 October 2014. Today room A3, A4, B1 and B2 had a lovely day planting trees in Sandford Park. Here are a couple of photos of our day. Monday, 20 October 2014.
