Months can leave your emotions paralyzed. And then one day you walk away smiling. I went to an interview at an eastern wellness clinic. It was extremely laid back. While I waited I hung out with a patient and listened to Chet Baker on his laptop and showed him how to use garage band. The wellness center called and checked my references per Dana. The lady I helped at the library told me how amazing I was over and over again and to never give up.

The flavors went together very well, and the apple flavor in particular is fairly strong so that the first taste is almost like a sweet and savory applesauce, and then the flavors of squash and thyme and shallots come through as well. Enjoy! Roasted Squash and Apple Soup.
