Tuesday was pretty much a day of us travelling to karuzawa and hitting a few places along the way. Namely the Nikko national park that was on the route we were taking to karuzawa. We got to see some real natural beauty of the Japanese Alps and countryside. But as you can see just having such a view of the land around us was a sight to behold.

Sunday, June 17, 2012. Ruth Lake Scout Backpacking Trip. June 15-16 I helped take the scouts to Ruth Lake in the Uintas. We had a successful backpacking, fishing, and hiking trip. One of the best outcomes was that all the five boys caught fish. mostly using my pole and flies. It was beautiful but cold at night.
