Waiting to post for eight months really takes something out of the journaling. But, it was a great year! Writing this eight months into 2013.
Sunday, August 18, 2013. We are now all up to date living with 2013 flooring. We traded in our old yucky green carpet for beautiful brown and cream plush carpet with thick, thick padding! And our old yucky dingy brown vinyl flooring. replaced with beautiful dark hard wood. Amazing! Thursday, February 14, 2013. No TV for 40 days. what is a girl to do, you may ask? I am blessed with.

Wednesday, March 19, 2014. Mom - One year later. That seems simple enough to say right? Enough to fill a lifetime, yet it was really only one small sliver of life. Do you know that I can almost hour by hour tell you what happened that week? The Lord is close to the brokenhearted. He rescues those whose spirits are crushed.
Tuesday, January 7, 2014. It has been so pretty this year. I even got a few days off of work thanks to the bad roads. Nothing better than watching the snow from inside my cozy house in front of the fireplace. This is the day before the snow. It was around 50 degrees! We took Colt to his first Pacer game. He is pretty in to basketball right now, and we thought it would be a fun experience.

Happy Birthday to the BEST Great Papaw! It was such a joy to spend the day with him yesterday. Hes been so instrumental in making Brad the man he is today and is without a doubt the best grandfather Ive ever had. We love you and look forward to another great year! Thursday, August 6, 2015.
