In August we went to visit Katie and Alex at their farm in Washington. They live about 30-40 minutes from Astoria, Oregon. It was very green! Got to snuggle in the Condo. We had a blast! Deer like to come down for a drink near the condo. I think Trevor watched Rocky one too many times. Here he is trying to catch on of the chickens with Garrett.

Monday, September 26, 2011. Summer 2011 Part 3, Big Talk and Suzuki. Veda and I hit the road with our fiddles and headed to California to stay with our dear friends and attend a Suzuki institute. Besides being a great educational and musical experience, we got to have lots of mommy daughter time together and that was the best part. Veda and Sydney, violin and piano virtuosos in the making in their matching concert outfits.
