Wow What a journey these last 6 weeks have been. On April 7, my husband was offered a position teaching high school English in Shreveport, Louisiana through the Louisiana Teaching Fellows. And allergy moms know that Halloween can be a scary time for kids with food allergies. Candy is everywhere so this year we ordered non-candy treats to hand out at Trick or Treat from Oriental Trading.
