Wednesday, February 17, 2010. Well, I am still going. I am on week 5 of my 5k training and I am supposed to run 2 miles on my next run. I am excited about it and hoping the weather is warmer so that I can run outside. The treadmill is BORING! I have a few victories this week. Ive lost 4-5 pounds! 2nd victory - My heart rate is lower when I exercise and run! That may be the very best thing Ive seen in the last 5 weeks! Again, the goal is to run 3.8 on my 38th birthday. To GOD alone be the glory! My goal.CONTENT
