Time to Change

A journey to become a healthy, skinny mommy. Thursday, March 29, 2012. On February 19th I vowed to lose thirty pounds before my trip to Ireland in May. That is thirty pounds in a little over three months which is very attainable if I commit. I was so proud of myself. I did something I never EVER imagined I could do! This program is like no other. It is a challenge, but if you give it your all you WILL see amazing results. I am off to bed. it is my curfew, but I will keep you posted on my journey to lo.
