Tuesday, October 26, 2010. What an amazing opportunity this is. I have learned so much in 3 days. I have learned things about dairy that will make your skin crawl. Teh first thing we are doing is taking Riayn off of all dairy. She may not like it but it will improve her quality of life. Well the whole family will go off dairy. More info to come later today.
