unless he goes to find his duck. So, I have been making an effort this month to try one new recipe a week. Last week it was enchilada casserole from Cooking Light. This week, I modified a recipe I found on Weight Watchers dot com. I tweaked it enough that I will just claim it as my own.

Had a busy summer and now we are seeing zero fall, I think it is winter already. Actually, it snowed yesterday. They were in the truck when it started snowing and he told Chris they needed to go home so he could get his shovel out for the snow. Other good news is Kirby is now wearing underwear full time!
