Thursday, June 5, 2008. During my move to the new house, several items got lost. One of them is the waist armor. The one I built to replace the old one doubles as saber holders. Friday, September 02, 2005. I shorten the back and trim the bottom of the rifle so I can mount the gun under the arm. The snake chain cable connects the gun to the energy pack. Sunday, May 17, 2009. Finally started on a MG kit. Basically trying to update the Gouf custom to the Version 2. I have been reluctant to do this because the effort it takes to structurally modify a Zaku 2. Thanks to Clem for letting me butcher his Zaku. Sunday, February 15, 2009. I switched from using acrylic to lacquer paint for this commission and the mixing ratio was a learning experience. Without properly thinning the paint, the airbrush clogs and spits. However, the use of stronger lacquer paint helped with the panel line wash. Over all I was satisfied with the process and the result. The kit comes with a few option hands for different gestures, and the cannon can be held by the kit using a different handle.
